Oh. I read an article yesterday. US trying to encourage more civilian workers in Iraq. Huge embassy being built. Looks as though those troops have another purpose.

He wants to escalate the war, the more troops the more there will be terrorist. This is going to get ugly. In answer to your question, if he sends more troops it will upset the middle east some more and the price of oil will go back up and he will make more money, that is his strategy.
