Using all the numbers? Sorry, but I cannot solve without the right information. Right now, i'm having trouble solving. That's sad that we can't re use the numbers. If we can re use numbers, then there will be a few possible solutions. Here mine if we can re use:
3-1
=2
+4
+7=13-1=12
