When you're attracted physically, emotionally, and sexually to people of both sexes. By the way, if you are, you should know that it's spelled bisexual, not bysexual ;-)

Generally, bisexuality means that you're emotionally and physically attracted to people of either sex. So, you'll be attracted to both men and women. It doesn't have to be a 50/50 split, where you like women and men equally. As long as you acknowledge that gender isn't a hang-up for you, you could identify as bisexual.
It doesn't mean you have to date both men and women at the same time, or get involved with both sexually, but just that you could see yourself being with women and men - both emotionally and physically.
You might find yourself attracted to people of the same sex, and that can be confusing. And that's okay, it's normal to be confused. And it's also normal to be gay, bisexual or straight. Listen to your feelings, and who they're towards. Take your time in asking yourself if you're attracted to women, men, both, don't freak out if you're finding out that you like both. You know yourself better than anyone.

When you feel that you can be intimate or date a man or a woman. When you feel attracted to both sexs and follow through with those feelings. When you have no preference and can happily be in a relationship with either.

If you can see yourself loving (and being physically attracted to) either gender in a healthy relationship, you are bisexual. More people are bisexual than have come out, but still, be careful before you say you are bi; if you feel uncomfortable dating either gender, you are most likely not bi.

i think it is if u feel like u have a crush on both sexes. if u really like both then talk to the same sex as u and se if u could ever kiss or be close with that sex.
