Its not as bad as staring up your dress... but to him I guess it is, you know? I've just been curious about this.

if he just takes a quick peek, he probbaly just has a foot fetish. If you catch him staring at them, he has a foot fetish AND thinks you have sexy feet. Its a compliment, no need to freak out. If you think he is cute, flirt with him. Guys will a foot fetish will PAMPER the heck out of ya. Try it, you might like it.

As a guy who thinks womens' feet are as beautiful as the rest of her, I would say nothing unless you do want to talk to him. While women cohabitate this earth, they will be always looked at. Thats the reason why there are more womens clothing and shoe stores than men. You cannot stop nature no matter how disgusting you might find it. Saying something embarassing to him will only put a bad taste for women in his mouth. Meanwhile, men will continually stare at your toes.
