I'm always nervous and feel like when I can't hear or see people talking, I think they're talking about me. Or when I cant see their faces theyre mimicking me. I also have paranoia about getting perfect grades in school and get nervous when I get tests back or when I get things wrong. I'm only 14! Please help!

I think you already mentioned the problem in your question: paranoia. This could simply be a case of insecurity gone awry or it could develop into a real problem for you. 14 is a tough age to be, it's a very vulnerable time. I remember feeling like a total freak at 14! Consider talking to a close relative, school counselor or some other adult that you trust about this issue. If it gets more serious, you may need to see someone about it. In the meantime, I recommend a really great book called, "Feeling Good" by Dr. David D. Burns. Even though it talks a lot about depression, it works for any emotional issues you may be having (including anxiety). Don't worry, we've all been there and good luck to you!

Yes and Paranoia but the only way to get to the root of these mental disorders is to chant the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance form suffering and illusion) go to krishnaculture. Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada It gives the meaning to human life and how to overcome all problems. Hope this helps, it helped me.

Sweetheart, you just need to take a long, deep breath. You have anxiety if you say and claim you have it. You have power in your words, so whatever you say, will become true. Pray and ask God to take away those things that have bothered you, and then stop saying you have the symptoms, that is something which is in the past.

PS, you do not need to see a doctor about it...
