dude. I am so jealous that you have this site to help you cheat. When I was in school I had to cheat the hard way.
But seriously. I'm 27 now and WISHED I could do math like this to figure out sale prices in stores. Do yourself a favor and take the time with this stuff. Cheat on the stuff that doesn't matter and you won't use.
but on a calc if you want to know say, 25% of 64 you do
.25x64=16
64-16=48.

To do this you need to turn the percents into decimals and then multiply by the number. To turn a percent into a decimal you move the decimal two spaces to the left.
1. 25% of 64
First turn the percent into a decimal. Since you can't see it there you have to put it at the end. The number is actually 25.00% move it two spaces to the left and you have .2500.
Multiply by the number.
.2500 * 64 = 16
2. 48% of 200
Move the decimal two spaces to the left
.4800 x 200 = 96
I'll let you do the rest so you can get some practice.

Take the percentage and multiply it by the number. For example.
25% of 64.2
25% = .25
So 64.2 x .25 =
This should get you going...

hey hey, glad to help! all you need to do this is a calulator, forstly for number one. divide 64.3 by 100, than times it by 25. = 16.05!!! for the 2nd one 200.3 divided by 100 times 48! = 96.144! get the drift!!
