Maybe I'm a social retard, but this guy is confusing me. Help me figure him out please? We've been seeing each other for the past two months has said he does not see a commitment or love with me in the future. But he says he likes me, likes being with me, and the physical chemistry between us is amazing. But the thing is he acts like he really has feelings for me. He treats me really well and tries hard to please me. When I'm at his house he doesn't want me to leave, wants me to sleep over and cuddle all night. He touches my face gently when we kiss. We do other stuff together besides just have sex, like watch movies and talk. He takes every opportunity to be with me, even breaking other plans with his friends. He drives 2 hours to come to my house. Could he be getting attached even though he he said does not want a commitment?

*breaks it down* fear of commitment or he has had a really bad previous experience and its afraid this will end up the same way. You need to talk to him and let him know that you are confused and do not know how to feel about his comment and the way he acts.

maybe he has a fear of commitment, just enjoy it now, wait awhile see how it goes, and ask the same question later on. don't be in a hurry for it to be something, just get to know each other for now.

it sounds like he is trying to convince himself there is nothing serious there, has he been hurt before?
no one is going to be like that to someone they just like, it sounds like he is just scared
