i am really looking for a place to live asap, i do not want to live around the current neighbors?

anybody with an apt to rent asap, and who experiences the problem of living with people who do everything to mess you up and make you sloppy and disorganized, are there people who live with people of another nationality that they would rather not live around, and why, are they unconstitutional to put their religion and symbols around,

Well I can't help you out where to rent, unless you want to move to West Virginia, and believe me...you won't be close to nothing but wildlife & plants.
