Hi I have a computer system, brand new, The motherboard is an MSI-7255, P4M890M, DDR2 667 512MB ram memory and the CPU is a intel celeron D 345(3.06GHz)LGA775. Is The Motherboard Better to run with this combination? IS a ASUS-P5VDC-MX Motherboard a better option to run this combination of Hardware. I heard the ASUS was better than MSI & Gigabite, is this true? What else could I do to boost up the system or is this a good set up. it is quick but I want it even quicker. thanks

the MSI has only 2x DDR2 slots and can only support up to 2Gb. what I really want to know is should i get rid of the MSI and swap every thing to the ASUS????

with the extra ram of course. I've overclocked this chip to 3.22GHz at the moment, and it runs really good without too much stress on the cpu.

Well, if the motherboard's compatable with Core 2 Duo, get a Core 2 Duo!

Your processor is good. Get more RAM to support it.
For best effect, get 2 1gb ones and one 512mb one, and fill up slots.
It will be awesome then.
Get the best mouse and keyboard.

Upgrade the processor and add more RAM. The big issue right now seems to be the amount of RAM.
