No. The only way to get workmans comp is if you are injured in the work area.

I highly doubt it. Why would you want to anyways. From the few dealings ive had with workmans comp in the past its a pain in the *** and almost not worth fooling with. They are "bought off" in a sense by your employer. They work with your employer and the companies doctor to get you back to work ASAP. Its not a free check anymore as some people think.

Almost certainly not. However, if you had been visiting somewhere other than your home - a client, or another branch office - you might be able to claim the accident occured while you were employed.

Driving to and from work from your home is not covered.

Nope.. the compensation fund is strictly for people who are injured on the job. However, if you are driving some place for your employer, then yes you can. But not to and from work.

No, not unless you drive for a living and are actually on duty at the time. Usually your work doesn't start until you enter your building.

Nope - not even if you drive a company vehicle. Auto insurance covers it.
