Boys. Part 2(got Advice?)?

Question

Okay well i like this guy (J) and he is so nice but lately he has been so werid on the phone and he doesnt talk at all in person and on the phone.
So i try and try to get stuff out of him so we can actually talk and he says he is only like this towards me. is that bad?
i get butterfilies when i see him and start to blush.
i dont know if i should still get these feelings becuz if he doesnt talk anymore i might start not liking him.
Any advice on what we should talk about? or what i should do?
