Do authors have a right to know paypal history?

Publicist became partner. Have full access to all pay pal accounts for over a year to my book. I have yet to get paid my royalties. We have no contracts. Is she being a thief? Is she illegal? She took my account to my book and company.

If you have no contract, you have no right to royalties until you prove she had no right to sell books. You need to contact a lawyer.

Methinks prehaps you should confront this person. And if they avoid you, not return calls, no email, don't see them, then you might want to dig further. But you should have made a contract. What were you thinking, man? Always protect yourself, even if it's your friends.
