Its Southern Cal and about dinnertime and around 55 degrees. I finished all my housework and dinner for the family. Completed a mural for a commission to mail (its on canvas)to a childrens home in Illionis-I did good today! I'm good! I always say my thank yous each morning and ask for help in anything I'm doing and working on. Hate just makes you relive the problems and makes you a victim- time to listen to some music- get out-leave whatever is hurting you BEHIND- Have a better 2007-

I have a big blanket wrapped around me, and I don't feel any malice right now. I hope you don't make yourself ill experiencing the hatred. I am full of cauliflower and chick pea curry.
