Nope! Auto insurance if it was in a car, and if items like CD's were destroyed in the accident your homeowners/renter's policy actually covers that! Most people don't know that!

No, you can't claim travel to and from work on your taxes because your not AT work or doing work for the company. So since your not at work you cannot claim workman's comp.
