OK... my mom bought me some bras about a year ago and they are way too small. I measured myself and i am a 30A. How should I ask my mo to take me bra shopping? Where would be some good places to find bras in West Edmonton Mall. I despretly need help i popping out of my old bras.

just tell your mom that your bras are way too small and that you'll need new ones so that you don't eventualy form 4 boobs because the bras are pushing them down in half. and where to go---there's wal mart, target, khols, and victoria's secret. those are the good ones. and unless you're at victoria's secret...don't get store brand.

I remember when I had to first ask my mom to take me bra shopping. I was all nervous but when I finally just BLURTED it out, she laughed and said sure... your mom will likely do the same... especially if she's already bought you some. I know you probably feel embaressed, but just suck it up. Believe me, asking is the hardest part.
I would recommend a department store like Nordstrom, Neiman's, Belk 's lingerie department or some place like Victoria's Secret where they have people trained to measure you, fit you, and suggest great bras for you. You'll definitely need to be remeasured because you're always bigger than you think you are. (and I doubt you're a 30A if your bras are already too small. generally they start around 32A)
Just have a saleslady walk you and your mom through the process, they'll do everything for you and kind of save you the embaressment of your mom feeling you up in the dressing room!

Hi Aly-
I don't know why you feel you can't talk to your Mom- but seriously, just saying- Mom, I need some new bras- should be good enough.
Or wait til your in the store and kind of wander over there- if you don't feel comfortable just saying it. Pick a few out and walk over and put them in the cart. That will get her to ask if you need more- or know what size you need.
Don't be afraid to speak to your Mom about bras, periods, guys, sex. Your Mom can be your best friend with some things.

I'd just say, "Mom, I'm growing a lot right now, and I've grown out of the bras you got me. I want to go shopping for some real bras. I know my size and everything, I just need you to take me."

Well, show her how your old bras look on you and tell her it's time for bigger ones. What is the problem there? Are you shy when talking to your mom? Don't be. She's your mom, she knows best!

just go out shopping one day and if u pass a la senza just ask ur mom if u can go in. tell ur mom that u want to try on some bras casue the ones that u have currently dont fit. i go into Victoria's Secret all the time with my mom so i wouldnt worri too much about it.

Gap always has good bras and camis.
Just go up to your mom when she is watching TV or making coffee, and ask her if you can go shopping with her. Then while you are there, be like "Oh mom! Look! Gap! Could we go there, I think I need some bigger bras."

It's ok. Don't feel uncomfortable about talking to your mom about those kind of things. She's been through what you're going through and can help you out. Just ask her calmly when you have her alone. She'll take you shopping. You can go to Wal-mart, Ardene and even SuperStore! Just don't be afraid to ask your mom anything. You can tell her everything because she's your best friend.

Just remember, your mom is a woman and she has breasts too. Just ask her, don't be shy. That's what mom's are there for. There's nothing unusual about needing new bras after a year when you still growing.

I don't know the best places to go since I'm not from there but as for asking her to take you just tell her you think you've went through a growth spurt or something and the ones she got last year are a little snug.
