I would normally say Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original from the 70's) But I recently saw The Descent and that was the scariest thing I've seen in a really long time.

Salem's Lot. This movie shows what a vampire should REALLY look like and how they don't discriminate when it comes to "feeding". They don't just "feed" on beautiful women.
