Give it time it will come back. I didn't start feeling human again until my kids were 2 yrs old. Seems like at about that time you start to own your body again. Try more foreplay to help you get into the mood.

Babies take alot of attention and energy. Plan for a special time together or the relationship will be stressed to the point of possibly falling apart. Happy children need happy parents. Time once a week without baby can help you relax and put the spark back into your relationship. Your BF may feel ignored. Put each other first and then your child. Most counselors agree. Happy parents make happy children. Good luck and may this year bring you happiness and more joy.

be patient. It took me a long time. You are an exhausted mom and your day never ends, you have a child and that wears on you and your patients. Nursing does have something to do with it, but don't stop. You need to get extra rest, and eat healthy. Most importantly- take some time for yourself so you can be a better mom, and be level headed.

I think that its time to ween the babe from the boob and maybe you will start feeling better. 16 months is excessive. Make that b/f help you with the baby. Sometimes women double work themselves when the other half should help.

It sounds like you are just tired right now. You need to stop breast feeding now. Your child is ready to be weaned. Maybe you are fearful about getting pregnant again and not aware of it. I would suggest seeing a doctor who can give you a little injection of medication that will increase your sexual desire. It really does work.
