Television shows have their own staff writers that develop and create ideas for scripts.

Television shows do not accept unsolicited scripts. They put in the trash can. They can't risk of a non-professional writer claiming a script was "their" idea. Get a job with one of the networks and work your way into writing.

The REAL answer isn't as simple as shows having their own staff writers, and poo-pooing your shot at selling to Disney because they have staff people creating shows.

The real deal is that original series must be presented through an agency or an established showrunner (a producer who's handled the day-to-day running of a television program, often a writer who, over time, bacame a producer). The bad news is, it doesn't make your efforts much easier knowing this.

Good luck, though.

didn't you already ask this question and people already tell you this isn't possible because businesses like disney hire their own writers? that the only possible chance you have is to actually get hired onto the company first?
