I don't believe in changing the constitution for personal agendas, but that is one hell of a good idea!!

Amendment in the constitution is needed to protect the rights of the people from being used by politicians. The laws should be separated from the politicians.

Well, in five years the GOP failed to implement the 9/11 commission report, leaving our port and airplanes open to terrorists; they kept their noses in the trough sucking up the freebies from the lobbyists, and they raised their own wages 13 times while never once increasing the minimum wage.

In ONE WEEK the dems have put in place limits on gifts from lobbyists, they've passed legislation to protect our ports and airplanes, and they've raised the minimum wage.

Gee... which party do we really need protection from?

I think they are still working on trying to enforce the one called Separation of Church and State. Don't make laws you can't enforce.

In an ideal world, YES! However, they control both houses now and all who know are now undermined.
