The word rape isn't slanderous because it defines a very definitive term or act A forcible sexaual act perpertrated on an unwilling person.

I guess someone could maliciously call someone a rapist.
This would be slanderous

No not to me unless someone uses the word out of content or to manipulate someone or a certain situation. Other than that no. I feel like the word is perfect for the definition
