ps3, sure its expensive but its worth the money. It includes blueray dvd player. Better games not alot for now but wait a couple of months and more games are coming out with great graphics. The sixaxis ps3 controller has motion sensors so its like the wii controller. And theres the ps3 shop were u could download demos, movies, and game trailers. Surf the internet, chat and play online games with ure buddies. BUy it man its like the top product now

Will man grab an Xbox 360..for 3 very good reason... 1) It's like 300 dollars cheaper then a PS3( for the core addition ). 2) They have more games out for the 360 then PS3.. 3) With the money you save you can get more games for the 360. 360 games have dropped in price and you can find most games for about 29.99 in Wal-Mart man. Plus you can get some sports ones for about 19.99.. though it is college sports games..it way cheaper then paying 59.99 for the same game.
Ohhh yeah and with the money you say you can get both A Wii and 360 for the price of one PS3

Dude I would go with a PS3. Xbox 360 yeah it has games and all but it's been out for a year and half so it should have all kinds of games. But you have to choose are you going to play it online or not? Playstation you can play online for free and Xbox 360 you have to pay to play.
Also if you have a PSP that's a big plus. You and all your buds can get together and play on your PSPs head to head using your PS3 as the game host. Yeah it rocks man.
Also I have the 60 GB PS3 and it has built in Wi-Fi which is sweet so it works on my wireless home internet. I also installed Yellow Dog Linux on it and can use it to surf the web and do all of my stuff like that. Also you can rip your DVDs down to MP4 format and store them on the built in hard drive and watch movies at random. I could go on and on about the PS3. But also I have a crap load of PS2 games also. Which I thought was cool that you could rip your PS2 gams onto your hard drive and play them off the hard drive, load times.........thing of the past.
You just got to think about you budget. That's what's important in you decision. But just look at the systems and choose what will suit you and your lifestyle.

Right now 360 is way better than PS3. In the future when PS3 gets better games, it could be better than 360. But i would go with the 360. As of now it is cheaper, has more games, better online, and pretty much the same graphics as the PS3.

Just because you're a Wii hater doesn't mean that you're cool or anything. At my school, Xbox360 is WAY better than PS3, but Wii kicks both of there butts!

If you don't want the Wii, get a XBOX360. It's way cheaper, and you most likely won't get shot over one.

ps3 sucks. its so expensive, and the graphics are HORRIBLE without paying extra for HD wires. Xbox 360, trust me. i used to have ps2 and i made the right choice in 360 not ps3.

60 gb ps3 already with bluray = 600
20gb 360 + hddvd (sold separately) = 400+200 = 600
ps3 design looks better, imo, not as loud too
