All the ones that use the metric system multiply by their equivalent. mg X 1000, cg X 100, the same goes for ml and cl. that will get everything in liters.
For the standard measurements, solve them like you would fractions. You have to have like likes before you can do anything with them.

there are thousands of different metric units.
But the absolute largest one is a yachtometer/yachtogram (not sure how to spell it)
There's nothing we can compare this massive measurement to, but Scientists estimate it is more tan three times the circumference of the galaxy.
