Why should he be humiliated? He's protecting our country, even if it doesn't seem like it. Would you like it if we didn't pursue those terrorist groups that helped with the 9/11 attacks? Or would you rather let them come over here and do it again?

Oh and Gore ran in the 2000 election. John Kerry ran in the 2004 race.

President Johnson surely should have been humbled, as he completely mismanaged (and micromanaged) the war in Vietnam because he was an absolute idiot moron. How is this situation worse than Vietnam? Not to sound disrespectful, but there were over 50,000 military people killed in Vietnam, in a war we could have won, if not for the seditious communist sympathizers here in our country and the Democratic party, which cut off all funding for the war at a critical point. Those who gripped that Vietnam was an "immoral" war were showing thier true colors, as their version of "immoral" is anything that opposes communism.

We are actually winning this war, despite what the leftist,60's commie newsmedia says. As for WMD's, there are actual reports, with satelite images to back them up, that those were trucked out of Iraq into Syria just before the war began back in 2003. Yet neither the media nor the bumbling, corrupt U.N. will admit this well established fact. Another fact about the WMD they don't tell you is that Saddam mixed in chemical and biological weapons with his standard arsenal without marking them, as to hide them. And then there is the not much reported story of a car that was stopped at the Syrian border going into Iraq trying to smuggle in uranium, what do you think that was for? And last of all lets not forget that back in the 80's Saddam actually did have a nuclear reactor sold to him by the French, the one that was destroyed by the Isreali air strikes, which he was planning to use to make nuclear weapons.

Why? Iraq is a free nation with a lower crime rate than the US, and no longer poses a danger to anyone in the middle-east, Saddam Hussein is dangling at the end of a rope as is his ability to fund suicide bombers and terrorist training camps, his torture chambers and mass graves are no longer admitting customers. I'd say there's nothing to be humiliated about, at least not for the President. You on the other hand...

He has absolutely nothing to feel humiliated for. Perhaps if more terrorists were killing us in our own country you would feel differently? Instead he is trying to stop these terrible acts and protect us. But, oh wait! People like you think he is the bad guy. Hmm??

Yes, a very worse scenerio, from the very onset of the last elections I saw something was not right, I had expected Gore to win and was so blasted away that Bush had been re-elected.

I said to myself oh oh this is not right, something is amiss, sure enough he's made his own loop and is slowly drawing it close to himself if he doesn't lay his ego aside and accept the outcries of his people, that noose will get tighter

I think that is the only reason he's carrying on with this whole war thing... is so that he won't have to admit he was wrong and that he made a mistake! He should have ended this unecessary and pointless war a REALLY long time ago....

But he isn't.

And he has no real reason to listen to anyone who makes him sound wrong. His dad was a president. His brother's a governor. His grandfather was very influential. He's rich.
