If it is for the same job, then they want to ask more in depth questions to see who is better qualified for that position. Sorry to tell you that there might be 3 or more people qualified for that job. They might ask you to show some examples and if so they will have the material at hand for you. Good luck.

Congrats on getting a second interview. This is your chance to stand out from the rest. Do your research on the firm, even if they don't ask you what you know about them (although many do),throw something in that tells them you have done your research. You now know that they like you and are considering you for the position, sell yourself. Always send thank you letters to the interviewers, ask for their business cards before you leave so there won't be any typos. Good luck!

if the interviewer is different and is a small firm you can expect a completely different interview.. I'd suspect a person above the level that the one already interviewed you... if its the same person (which I doubt), then interview would focus in other subjects than the ones already covered... anyway, you're convincing a firm to hire you... they'll have to make a decision based on let's say 3 interviews, 2 hours each = 6 hours of conversation.. when you have lived thousands of hours and had thousands of experiences ... then give them the chance...

A second interview does not always mean you have the job. Usually the first interview is to get a feel of you and the second does all the checks on you and then you wait.

Good Luck

Probably look into the current news, interests of your
supervisors, and long term investors, and policies. To
know your company will help more creativity and transition.
Keep it in mind they are prayerful people, it is very common
that best placements are for people with traditional, peace,
and safety minded attention centered on work plans. I said
prayers my first year. Get your sleep, drink some koolaid.
