so you guys means that cold turkey is somehow self/mentally quit? means carry on your daily life without cigarette?

Cold turkey is quiting suddenly with no gradual decline, and no medication aid. You can get it deep within yourself. The price is withdrawal.
You forgot to ask about the payoff; monetary benefit, freedom, and health.

Cold Turkey is free and it is quitting an addictive substance without any aids, or medications. Good luck. It can be rough.

The price is some pain lots of initial discomfort maybe even hallucinations. But the end product is Health and Freedom from dependence. So one could say its Priceless!

The price is free. You get it anywhere. It's simply deciding you're going to stop doing something and then just stop. Congratulations. I quit last September.
