if he's able to engage in sexual activity without pain, and if he's willing to wear a condom, there is no reason to abstain from the act(s).

A lump on his testicle is not going to give you anything. Unfortunately he may have a sist or worse but it is not contagious so get over it. STDS do not appear on the testicle as a lump. If you had a lump in your breast and were horny how would you feel if he wouldn't have sex with you because he didn't want to catch anything!
Same thing!

Lumps on testicles are indications of any number of conditions none of which are communicable diseases. So, you run a higher risk of catching his cold or flu than any illness associated with his testicles lump.
So, if he is still welcoming sexual activity then go for it and enjoy. But as for all sex, make sure ot take all precautions against pregnancy and STi's; to do otherwise would be folly.

Never...NEVER....be forced into having sex with anyone. What you've described is probably nothing contagious, but why take a chance. He shouldn't want you to have any chance of "catching" something until he knows for certain what's wrong.
Masturbate him as often as he wishes. Mutual masturbation can be extremely satisfying sexually.
If he cares about you, he should understand completely. If he doesn't and wants to force you to have vaginal sex, then get out of the relationship. He is using you and doesn't really care about your best interests or health.

I have a lump on both of my testicles and was worried sick about them. I had an ultra-sound and was relieved to fine out that they were just a cyst and are quite common and will cause no problems with sperm production or sexual activity.

depends on where the lump is. does it feel like it on the inside?? Could be serious. If it feels like the inside then I hardly doubt it's an STD, you would be safe. Now get to the doctor asap, it could be really serious.

Hit the doctor as soon as possible as he plans. What ever it is, normal or not, its probably still safe to have sex.
