Maybe when your friend was making fun of them, she TOO, actually liked the shirt.
Your friend probably just got secure with liking that store too, after you shopped there.
Seeing the clothes on you probably made her envious because she liked the clothes and didn't have them yet.
Whenever she disses you, stick up for yourself and tell her to knock it off. Your friend just sounds like a class act B*tch and seems to have envy problems (of YOU and your clothes).
You're a really good friend to treat her with such kindness when she treats you like that.

I'm thinknig she may be jealous. But who really knows? you are hte one who knows your best friend the best, and find out for yourself. If the behavior goes on, ask her why and tell her you won't get mad. If she doesn't change, maybe try to talk more to her or leave her. Or maybe she admires you a lot and looks up to you, so she wants to be just like you. Or even a third solution could be that she wants to wear the smae clothes on the same day so people would notice the similarities and would know for sure that you're best friends. But I mostly think she's jealous.

It means that your friend admires you and wants to be like you. She probably feels that she isn't good enough to be her own person and needs your permission to do somthing. She might have gotten mad because she had just gotten caught up with your style and was able to pick out stuff she thought you would wear (because she admires you) and then you wore somthing you said you didn't like. It's not your fault, it happens sometimes. Seriously, she is giving you a big complement, even if it freaks you out a little.

well if she gets jealous of you and is acting like that...i dont know if she's really ur best friend then...Best friends arent supose to act like that..yes jealously is normal...to a limit....but if she's getting jealous of you over such little things like u getting a new shirt or clothes then theres something wrong there...and by wrong...i mean her.
She's thinks of you as competition...hence thats why she's copying whatever your doing...like buying from ur fav store and then getting the exact shirt like urs....its mostly insecuity on her side....
But overall she's def showing major signs of jealously...

Why are you scared? Anyways I have a friend like that. She is no longer my friend. I decided that those who copy and claim that they don't copy are not good friends and I'll just end up punching them later. jk about punching. Just continue to wear clothes that you want and if she gets mad then copies you, then she's just a hypocrite and not a good friend. Stay away from her for awhile.

It just means that she's totally jealous of you and can't stand it when you look better than her so she goes out and buys new stuff just to look like you because she probably likes your sense of style

If she got mad because you got new stuff, then you should reconsider the term "best" friend. and if she's dressing like you, it means she's jelaous of you and/or wants to be like you. feel flattered, but if it bothers you, talk with her and make her understand that she should have her own style and not imitate yours.

she is probably jelouse or wants to be like you cause she doesnt have a role model in life, you should help her out in finding her own central beauty so that you are you and she is her, not you. so help her out tell her what you feel, take her on a shopping spree and you and her can pick things out that you would like but are different.. well good luck!!
