Snowball dreams of a world of machines, like windmills. When Snowball designs and advocates one, Napoleon disagrees, and the following debate gives Napoleon the chance to get rid of him. Snowball is banished, and Napoleon is given (and takes) the credit for the idea of building a windmill. It is said that Snowball stole the idea from Napoleon's papers.This 'tactic' of Napoleon's helped to remove a 'dangerous character of bad influence'.
