One month before my father died of Parkinson's Disease, he was suddenly able to see people that he could see through and walk through which greatly terrified him. Do you think he already had one foot in this world and one foot in another world--another dimension that only those that are near death could see?

Having been a housemate for a Parkinson's patient for a year and a half, and having to educate myself because of it, I'm going to speak my opinion on this question. As Parkinson's eats away at a person's brain, they become more and more vulnerable to mental instability, including paranoia and dementia. This is how the disease progresses. What your father experienced was all in his mind, and was yet another symptom of this horrible malady.

I think it was something from the spirit dimension,coming to take him back with them.Evil or not I don't know.The same thing happened to my dad a month before he died.He saw some man in a dark trench like coat,but no one else could..he said he was his friend.Of course the guy would never tell dad his name.I could feel some evil presents in that house(Mom and Dad just moved there)and I was very afraid of going there. I also knew when my dad was going to die, I don't know why. Before my Mom died,there was a big black shadowy form that was always following her,and we knew it was evil! So I think your dad really saw them,and they were real!

Who can say for sure? He might have or it could be some sort of dementia. Personally, I believe in life after death.

it is very possible that that is true.. i believe that there are ghosts and ppl can see them.. it just depends upon where you are.. like if there really are ghosts around your area or not.
