connect the ipod, download a video, save it in to my videos then drag it to itunes under videos. last drag i to your ipod. sometimes you have to convert the videos so go to advanced on the top. and go down to convert for ipod. you need an ipod video for the videos.

Purchase them through iTunes is the easiest way. Hong long depends on how much memory your iPod has. Mine has 30gb, I think mine will hold about 100 hours of video.
