Yes as a whole we are all predictable in many ways. We gravitate towards money, power, and the social glamour.
This is why all governments are controlling us with our behavioral patterns. Example: The politicians throw a bone to the public about lowering the taxes, and the people vote on speculation, that he will do what he says. He gives 200 dollars back to all citizens who had taxes and filed, (Big deal) America elected the biggest moron in history, because people in that way are all the same, me me me, and they count on our weakness. Most people do not research anything, most people do not care unless it is about them, me me me. Thus we are all selfish and that is why we are predictable. We would rather take the crumbs from a crook rather than fight for what we know is right. We would let a malitia take our neighbors without cause and not do a thing as long as it is not us. Just like Berlin?

We are predictable as individuals. No two human beings are alike.

If we were predictable, there would be no shows like "Cops" and "Jackass"
