I share an office with 3 other people. We have 1 printer. I need to set it up so that we can all print off the 1 printer. I prefer to do it wireless. How do I do that? What do I need?

If you have a wired network now and the networking works good this is what I would suggest.

Purchase a wireless access point and a wireless print server. Connect the wireless access point into the router you currently use and connect the wireless print server to your printer.

Do not purchase a wireless router, unless you want to replace the current wired router you are using now.

Because this is a business you'll want business suitable products. Look at this wireless business router from Linksys:

You can use any wireless PC adapter with it. The goal is to provide enough wireless badnwidth to all four people.

As opposed to buying a hardware printer server. Invest in a Network printer. HP has verying workgroup laser printers such as the HP Laserjet 2430N or if you want an additional feed tray get the HP laserjet 2430TN.

As you business groups look at the HP laserjet 4250DTN.
