I have already lodged a complaint with ebay and sent them the emails etc, but now he has sent me another email asking if i want a refund if i remove the negative feedback! i said no and he sent further abuse and made it out to be me that what is the wrong and sent a copy to abuse@yahoo.co.uk. This man is a customer of earthlink.net so i did the same to him. Is there any way i can report him in any other ways as this man is sick!

You've taken the right steps in reporting him to Ebay. It looks like you have covered all the steps. All you can do now is wait and see what Ebay decides to do.

Send ebay and yahoo all abusive emails and block the email address from your inbox. Select his address as spam in yahoo and it should not forward any other emails from that address to your inbox.

When reporting abusive email you have received from other eBay members, it's important that you include the complete email message header. To investigate your report fully, eBay must have a complete copy of the email you received with the full header included. Using this information, eBay can trace the pathway of the email you received back to the sender.

A header will look like a string of characters similar to the following example..
