go on limewire and get jnes and u can get the rom from there as well as over 1000 nes roms.

Damn, for NES? I have a cheap port of it for the Atari 2600.... But that doesn't really help.

Why not try looking on eBay (the site is pretty reliable if that's what you're worried about)?
