How is this a BBall question?
The prosecutor faces charges of misconduct in the case. He took a bad situation and made it worse to make sure he'd be re-elected. Heck, I won't be surprised if he was the one who got the press all fired up over it.

First of all this is Basketball, not lacrosse.
Second of all, The prosecutor faces charges of misconduct in the case and i think the charges were dropped against the Duke lacrosse players.
