When I was a LOT younger I used to invite my girlfriends over for a Pyjama/Slumber Party (for something different), we would all go with mum to hire movies (that was in the day of VHS)...mum would let us pick what movies we wanted & we'd set up mattresses (some would bring sleeping bags) in the living room (or wherever the TV & deck were set up).
Mum would make an ice-cream B/Day cake (yummy!!!) with candles. We'd have pizza or burgers for dinner & after the candle blowing etc was done, my parents would leave us alone for the rest of the evening (usually they'd go to a late movie at the cinemas or visit a family friend) and we'd have a night of watching movies, eating popcorn and sweets, telling each other scary stories etc, heaps of laughing & fun and take heaps of photos.
I would have to say in all my 36years...these times were the most memorable of Birthdays for me:)
I hope this helps in some way & I hope you have a great one!!
PEACE!!!

I'd suggest finding something like an arts kit you can make together. You can get something at art supply stores. There are a lot of them, jewelry, knitting, scrapbooking, you name it!
Or you can put together a girl spa. This can be done with supplies from your local drugstore. Nail polish, clay masks, facial scrubs. Also, look online for information on making your own spa treatments. That could be fun...make the treatments then try them out.
Finally, what about buying a dvd on hip hop dance or something similar. There are several on the market - you should be able to find them at large stores like Wal-Mart, Target or local video rental stores like blockbuster, hollywood.
Good luck and Happy Birthday!

How about dinner and a movie? Pick a fun restaurant like TGIF. Ask your parents if you and your friends can have a table to yourselves.
Another fun idea may be take your friends to get manicures.
A sleepover with pizza and movies is always fun.
