There's no way anybody online could know that. If anybody could, it would be your doctor, but even then they're usually off a bit. A lot of girls really don't grow much after age 13, so you might just stay there. Most do keep growing at least a few more years, though.
I've grown a few inches since then (probably 2 or 3), and I'm 17. However, you really can't just look at your parents' heights to determine how tall you will be because siblings are often very different heights. My parents are both about 2 inches taller than yours are, and I'm pretty much done growing at 5'4. My sister on the other hand, is almost 14, 5'5, and showing no signs of stopping. I just got the shorter genes.

You're only 13! Chances are, you'll pick up another couple of inches over the next couple of years. I'm 6'0 and I grew an extra inch at 19. Eat a healthy diet, lots of protein and be active. Worked in my family, I'm the second shortest!

Theres no way to know for sure, since we cannot see your genetic coding. However, girls tend to continue adding hight until about age 16, after than they have one last growth spurt between 21-25, (males stop growing at 18, and have another spurt in their mid twenties as well).
Given that your mom and dad are both taller than you its most likely that you will fall some where between them.

To be honest probably not because your parents are short, not being mean or anything. My dad is 6'5 and my mom is 5'6 and im 5'10 but it depends on your genes. Im 15 and im still growing so you might to and that is pretty much average height for your age so dont worry. :)

No idea. You might want to talk to the doctor.
Just to let you know, I am 19. And I have been 5'3" since I was 12. You may be done growing, but you are not through puberty completely yet, so who knows?

Everybody on here can only speculate if you will grow or not. Take a look at your parents which you have done, and your grandparents, uncles and aunts. Your best bet is to go see a doctor and they can tell you how tall you will be. In my opinion it doesn't look good.

Yes you will grow some more.
Girls usually grow until the're around 21 i think.
Boys usually brow until around 18 i think.
Or vice versa.
Since you're parents are pretty tall you will most likely be tall too.

If it's in your genetics to grow more, you should, but there's no sure way of saying at this point. Make sure you have a healthy diet, and you should grow more if you're supposed to.
