I asked many german fellows, the most of them are avoiding such horrorfilms. The stupid porno films are perhaps placed in the Moviecharts category at all video rentals here, before the horror genre.
I argued them and said that the italian filmmakers have mostly a strong tradition of slaughter Horrors...but you all do not have it !
We are just living in the country that has no good filmtraditions.

I really don't know why other then it must be the German culture not to be attracted to that.

for my section my customary horror videos are the acute jap ones. I agree that there have been some classic Italian videos made - truly contained in the zombie type. i assume German human beings are literally not nicely-customary for having severe tastes and if there is not a huge marketplace for that type of movie they are not likely to get promoted as a lot as in different international places (do not propose to stereotype all Germans!) in case you want to be certain something somewhat traumatic you should inspect homicide Set products (in case you could song it down) - not particular even if that's a German movie however the lead personality is German. it is a very brutal.

Maybe you should ask Herr Uwe Boll, he makes millions with his horror movies. And he is a German.
