Ok i have sensitive eyes too. I've always used maybeline liquid eyeliner and it works great. Its very easy to wash off and if you mess up while applying you can just lick your finger and rub off the liner. YOu said one that doesnt stiffen your eyelashes. Well your not suppose to get it on your eyelashes. Only on your eyelid. So when applying it hold the applicater with one hand and use your other hand to hold back the eye slanting it so you can get a smooth line. (Like you were imitating a chinese person) no offense. Ok well I hope that helped. good luck.

Well mine is waterproof so it lingers for a day or so after I remove my mascara. But then again I also apply my liquid eyeliner to the bottom of my lashline, like the underside of my lashline ( if that makes sense). I use Maybelline liquid eyeliner because the applicator is cone shaped & sturdy. I am able to control it better & make thin lines w/ the pointed end.
I don't know that any liquid eyeliner won't stiffen your eyelashes. You say you want it to cooperate with your sensitive eyes, wash off easily, & be flexible... You should be using a pencil liner, not a liquid liner.

A good liquid eyeliner will take some eyemakeup remover to get off at the end of the day--that is if you want it stay looking good all day! I like Avon's liquid eyeliner. I can't remember what it is called, but I think it is the only one they sell. It has an easy to apply applicator, isn't too expensive, doesn't smudge and they have a variety of colors.

I'm not much of an eyeliner person, but I got some from AVON that is just silver sparkles, and I absolutely love it! It is really cute and subtle and goes with mostly anything! I love that I don't have to worry about looking like an emo or goth with too much on, and I just pretty much think that this stuff is amazing!

I have one that is called Prestige Cosmetics: Liquid Eyeliner. It's not that hard to get off, but I use make-up remover.
I'm pretty sure you can get it at Longs or something. I got it as a gift though, so I'm not quite sure.

i love laura mercier's cake liners. you apply it with a flat or angled liner brush. it gives you the best control. if you need to find a cheaper on, try mac's. both wash off easily and are not plasticy. also, using a professional brush, you can clean it after each use to ensure that you do not irrate your eyes.
