Motorola Phone Tools cannot not identify my Krazer?

Question

I downloaded Motorola Phone tools but during the initial setup it detected but failed to identify my Krazer.

I tried looking for it manually but to no avail. anybody familiar with this problem???

I guess there isn't a solution yet, but there may be third party tools that will do what you want until Motorola can get their act together with MPT and the KRZR.
