Probably only in re-runs... But they tranlated almost everything except the SailorStars ...
SailorMoon S and SailorMoon SS came out as complete DVD sets... I was told they would have SailorMoon R and the first season but they never came out here.
I ended up buying the Japanese sets and then went to an anime convention to get a subtitled SailorStarts set...

It's probably not going to be placed on American cable anytime soon because it's not a current anime that the much younger generation is into (you know it's all about financial gain with companies nowadays); so if a 8-yr old isn't interested in it, they'd consider it dead.
The good news is that a bunch of nice people that hold accounts on YouTube have uploaded the videos with subs and dubs in English, Spanish, Italian, and I've even seen Cantonese and French if you wish to check it out. Positive about subtitles is you catch a lot more of the story the Censors try to omit for the "general audience".

Right now the concrete answer is No, sailor moon won't return to television. The reason for this is because a few years back the american liscensing of the series ended and no one decided to pick it up/re liscence it. So, basically no company owns sailor moon right now in the US. So, unless a company would pick it up again (which is quite unlikely since it's an older series and has already been done and released) it won't come back on tv again.

i have no idea but when i was in grade two i used to absolutely love that show. i used to come home for lunch every day and watch it!! i still remember and i always wanted to be sailormoon bac then b/c she was with tuxedo mask. those were the good old days!! but it would be kinda cool if it returns but im not sure id it will! let's all wait and see!!! :)

Due to any cartoon related network company wont touch to dub the rest of it. Extra episodes will ever happen. And due to our nation that has mostly forgotten about Sailor Moon. I doubt reruns will show either. Trust me. It's legendary in Japan. But forgettable over here just like so many other *even better* animes.

No sorry. that used to be my secret. I had a small crush on Sailor moon when I was younger. I'm not a perv. They had some movies you could probably watch on youtube. It could happen, if someone wanted to buy rights to it. A similar show is pretear. Just with one girl that merges with some Lefay knights. Watch it. Youtube

they wil not come back because they made 200 episodes and now they have sailor s something like that if u want to see it go to youtube. it got over ruled by inuyasha,bleach,tririty blood ect ect.but that was the best show ever if u want to watch the whole thing go to youtube and put in sailor moon episode 1or 2 ect ect

Save our Sailors campaign didn't work so sadly the chances of it coming back to TV are slim to none. But until then you might just have to buy the Box sets, and movies. while there still here.
