This question is for ADULTS only. I live in a very cold place and need to bundle up when walking to school or work. What kind of hat can I wear that is NOT formal, warm, and will make women appreciate me? Most young men here wear those run of the mill toques or balaclavas but they are not warm enough.

Layered with a black turtle neck and leather jacket over gray slacks. Wear pantyhose for extra warmth, if you need it.
NOTE: If you're going to school and there's a gym class, skip the pantyhose. You'll live longer.
I don't know from hats. I live in Texas and ... we wear baseball caps or cowboy hats. No warmth there and seldom needed.

a long sleeve shirt underneath a short sleeve one, or a nice vest with some jeans. you cant go wrong with jeans. and for a hat, get a knit one that has a little visor on it....its a winter hat and it looks nice

A wool hat. Or.... one of those fur lined ones with the ear flaps. Hey, don't laugh, those are nice AND warm!
