Probably, we just have to ask them or figure them out. LOL!! It's sort of like, If a tree falls in the woods does anyone hear it?

All the answers are known, because they are responses to the questions, however, there are many questions still unanswered, and many question still to ask.
I think that it is impossible for one individual to know all the answers that have been given, so the known answers are not known by everybody, nor will they ever be, it is why sites like this exist, and the same silly questions pop up all the time, It is also why the odd wonderful question occasionally creeps in...

I assume what you ask is "is all the answers there is known to human?".
No, if that's right, how come there is still some research going on? Gaining all knowledge is like counting to infinity. It will need infinite resources and infinite time invested into it, and it will need the perfect communication with everything there is. I'd say it won't happen, not with human limitations.
But we will keep trying, right :), that's what being human is all about, curiousity and a passion for more.

Some people may think that all the answers are known by someone, somewhere, but perhaps those answers are mere guesses or based on faith alone. No, I don't believe that all the answers are known. I do however believe that the smartest people know that they cannot possibly know everything.

Yes. This is right.
The answer is almost always contained within the question.
Some answers just take longer to find.
