Chelsea are better at the moment. To compare league cup results is just ridiculous.

I am a Chelsea fan and I have to admit that the team is not quite as together as the last two seasons. However I think because we won the league at a canter last two seasons the hunger and desire has shifted towards the Champions League. Anyone who saw Chelsea away at Barcelona earlier this season could see the team spirit of the last two seasons is still there. Once Terry, Cech etc. are back in the team we will be a force to be reckoned with.

Arsenal have a good young team with some exceptional young talent (notably Fabregas) though disturbingly few domestic players. They will improve, but I fear that they must find a way of changing their style to suit the games they are playing. The match recently where they lost to Sheffield United despite SU having an outfield player in goal, yet they still tried to walk it into the net. To be a better side than Chelsea or Man Utd they will have to learn to mix it up a bit more.

Currently Chelsea is probably a better team. They certainly have better players at this time, although the team seems to be in chaos at this point in the season. Arsenal has a much better future, though, with its young talent. Many of the Chelsea stars are past the peak in their careers, so Abromovich will have to buy more players to maintain Chelsea's strength. Looking at current trends (even including the liklihood that Abromovich will buy more players in the off-season), Arsenal should be a better team than Chelsea by next season.

In terms of defence, Chelsea is slightly better than Arsenal. The problem with Arsenal's defence is just lacking a bit more experiences. But I believe that will soon change.
In comparison of the midfielders, I bet Arsenal have better quality.
However, I have to admit that Chelsea have a better attacking force... individually, but again, that will soon to change. I guess if Drogba came into Arsenal for van Persie, and C. Ronaldo for Ljunberg...wow, imagine what a team they would be!
In terms of teamwork, Arsenal is better than Chelsea.
Overall, I can only say... Arsenal is better than Chelsea. ;)

Arsenal has many young talent players and good group spirit and
unique style of playing. But it has just a little players who is best condition for now. They will be better if they can use their team spirit and unique style perfectly for each match. Chelsea has too much best players, some of them are news, and good situation in this season but they can't use all of their ability and don't have
team spirit. They can be better if they can use their players in right places and they will have team spirit. Both are great and unique with some needs. Both can do better than now if they know their wrongs and correct it in time. For now, Chelsea has more chances than Arsenal and for future Arsenal will be able to be better.

Yes,Chelsea in last season is good , but this season have buy a lot of player and the player is not teamwork . But now Arsenal is great , for example this season Arsenal have not lose to Liverpool.
