Creative Zen Vision:m video conversion?

I got creative zen vision:m and it's great, but most videos require a conversion which takes a LOT of time, hours sometimes... the problem is not in my computer... any suggestions on how to speed up the process?

try using iriverter. its totally free, and it even converts dvd's
