There is a person who sits next to me at work who constantly moves his thighs in and out to the point where his whole self is moving.

I find it annoying because you can hear his pant legs shuffling but it is also distracting as I can see him moving from the corner of my eye. I just wish the bastard would sit still like everyone else.

Is he masturbating or does he simply not realise what he is doing?

This is a relatively recent occurrance which has me perplexed.

Thanks

Hey.. Hey.. plz do not jump to any conclusion.. Might be he is having some skin problem or itch.. no masturbation thoughts.. okie..

I would suggest.. go and talk to him.. directly.. no hidden messages,. tell him you feel uncomfortable by these acts and request him not to do so.. most probably he will undestand this and fix it.. otherwise.. there is another way.. keep asking him after every 10 mins if he is feeling comfortable.. that;s Gandhi vaani.. even when he just came in.. ask him if he is comfortable and continue to do so everyday.. I am sure he will undetstand your problem

let me know what happen next.. Bye..

It's probably just a habit. Just don't let the bother you; all people have habits that bother others. Maybe even you tap your pencil on your desk or something and it could be driving him nuts!

It could honestly be either. More than likely its just a nervous habit and not masterbation. I would consider that an akward question to ask him so perhaps bring it up to your boss that you would like to move seats.

It's probably a bad habit. Maybe tell him? Or just try to not focus on it.
