Have a notorized letter from the spouse with joint custody giving permission and dates. On your or her lawyers letter head is better ( still notarized ) and have a contact number on it for her and both your lawyers. Otherwise Canadian courts just may view
it as kidnapping

I'm pretty sure you need written consent from the other guardian.
