K there is this guy i like and he knows i like him but he has already turned me down once!

if he is not with someone else, ask him why he turned you down and ask him to reconsider and that you have alot to offer

Ask him again and he does not have a answer for you. Hey it is his lost, cuz there is always more guys better than him.
