I remember when that song came out. It's very funny. Hello Mudder, Hello Fader (rhymes with 'harder')
But the Hello Dere came, I think, from an old TV series of 'Amos and Andy'. One of them used to say something like "Ho dere, Sapphire' to the female in the series.

We if I didn't know better I would say that it was from an old song by the late American comedian 'Alan Sherman' about His stay at "Camp Granada". Either that or it is some sort of intentional racist slur using the words "Hello Mother, Hello Father, Hello There" disguised as a comedic 'bon mot'. But then again, I could be wrong, couldn't I?

It's just slang -- turning "th" into "d", so mother becomes mudder, etc.

And the song referred to was by Allen Sherman.
