I have 3 more classes until I am fineshed with real estate school.
Any suggestions or advice.
I am thinking of starting out with apartment locators rather than homes!!
I dont know.... I am married and 21 and I have been through a few other career choices and they didnt work out. I hope I will like real estate.

I used to know a guy who sold mobile homes in texas. He wasn't rich but he did ok.
